our stay at aluasun was fantastic! the junior suite was spacious and clean, and we loved the all-inclusive setup with food and drinks available all day. the staff were super polite, and the kids mini club plus evening performances were delightful. also, the adults-only pool offered a peaceful escape. it’s close enough to the beach, too!

Unexpected delights in a busy space

Waking up to the cheerful sounds of the entertainment team made every day feel special. The spacious room offered comfort, and the pool activities kept us entertained without a dull moment.

However, the food quality was disappointing with several undercooked dishes and long lines at meal times. It was frustrating to fight for sunbeds and find limited seating for evening entertainment.

Had an awesome time enjoying the amazing splash park and relaxing by the pool every day. The entertainment was really fun too, keeping us busy with different shows each night. The only downside was that the food options felt a bit limited, but overall it was still a solid stay! 🌞

We loved the variety of daytime activities, and the themed nights were a hit. The meals offered plenty of choices, and the bar staff were super friendly. Close to excursions and the beach, it’s perfect for a fun getaway.

However, our room could have been cleaner. there were flies in the bathroom and some hairs in the shower drain. This was disappointing and something they need to address.

The splash park was fantastic for my little one, and we loved the evening entertainment, especially the mini disco.

Request a room away from the pool stage to ensure a quieter night, especially if you're traveling with kids.

But let’s be real, the pool area was a hot mess. Sunbeds were scarce because folks were holding them for hours! Also, getting to town and the beach was a bit of a trek since the bus schedules could be clearer—totally missed out one day.

The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for cooling off, and the splash park kept the kids entertained. The buffet had a variety of options, and evening entertainment included fun shows. Quick service throughout the hotel made for a smooth stay.

I was pleased with how accessible the Aluasun Costa Park was for seniors. The rooms were spacious and conveniently located near the main areas, making it easy to navigate for those with mobility challenges.

More options for evening entertainment would be nice.

The hotel was fabulous for our family holiday with great food and friendly staff. While the entertainment was occasionally crowded and the room lacked a fridge, we enjoyed our time, especially with the kids' activities. Would definitely come back for those lovely memories!
